I'm not going to share your information. The only place this really applies is the google play store, which merchant account reveals to me more info than I really need (email, zip). It's just between you and me and and my partners. (In the case of the Digital Blasphemy app; Ryan can also see your name, email and zip).

Mostly I sell services, those are simply not refundable. If I do X hours of work, I expect X hours of pay. If I sold you an item, and you're not happy about it, you may return it in the same condition for a full refund.

If you bought one of my apps and hate it, I really don't care how long it's been, I'll refund it as long as the Google Merchant account still lets me. I have not yet perceived any time limit on this. Email me on it. I don't need money people don't want to give to me.
